CCA leaders are elected by their members or teachers and thus are expected to lead the group. CCA comprises of four different categories which are Sports, Performing Arts, Uniformed Groups and Clubs and Societies.

CCA Leaders are entrusted with the responsibility and privilege to develop their leadership skills through upholding the fundamental purpose of the CCA and setting the vision of the CCA during their term of office.

They are also given the opportunity stretch their potential in areas that they are interested and competent in the non-academic fields.
